Outreaching Level-2 Shesha
Level-2 humans have never had greater reach than SheshaL2 on level-2 (until only a few days ago). Early real civilizations in the Middle East existed before The Epic of Gilgamesh was written. By the time The Epic of Gilgamesh was put down, inverse-civilization had already taken over.1
SheshaL2 spread with the spread of the Indo-European languages.2 Across Hinduism, SheshaL2 forced humansL2 to pay tribute to himL2. There are monuments of Shesha at Angkor Wat.3 The US flag is based on SheshaL2. The US bombing of innocent civilians in Cambodia is only one example of level-2 Shesha's reach around the earthL1.5
SatGov has also made it around the earthL1 on level-2, but SheshaL2 has made it to the moonL1.
SatGov's reach eventually went as far as the moonL1 as well.
Though humansL2 worked on Voyager-1 as well, a large proportion who worked on the space probe were level-2 Shesha's forces like the sophists. Voyager-1 is over 21 billion km from the Sun.6 SatGov's reach extended as far as a pulsarL1, but level-2 Shesha's reach includes cosmic microwave background radiation (CMBR) and its origins.7,8
Starting Jun. 19, 2018, SatGov started collecting jade leaf charmsL2 using graviton emissionL1. Though current physics classifies the gravitonL1 as a virtual particle, Fernology classifies the gravitonL1 as a bosonL1 existing in a fourth (or higher) spatial dimensionL1 (unrelated to String Theory's higher spatial dimensions). Fernology also asserts that there is no dark matterL1 and what appears to be dark matterL1 is actually an extension of gravitonL1 behaviour.

Because SheshaL2 is limited to three spatial dimensionsL1, collecting jade leaf charmsL2 using graviton emissionL1 finally gives level-2 humans a more encompassing reach than SheshaL2 on the space-time continuum (which in Fernology is more than just 3 spatial dimensionsL1 plus timeL1.) It's the first time in humanL1 history that humansL2 have had further reach than SheshaL2 beyond a regional scale.
Meanwhile, level-2 beetles running flat earth societiesL1 are still confused about whether or not I'm genuinely trying to help humansL2 or bottom-feedersL2 like them.
