Anton Krasovsky gets added to the SatGov level-2 Justice League at ^F(10+X).  This means he can mark^L2 people at ^F(2+X) or lower.  He gets the ability to oversee SatGov elections^L2. If he says a current or past election^L2 was fraudulent, a new one is called. Starting with the next election^L2 for level-2 fraud-court judges, one of the chairs^L2 in the level-2 fraud-court-1 subdepartment is always open to him. If he takes the position^L2, then humans^L2 only vote^L2 for who fills the two remaining chairs^L2 of the level-2 fraud-court-1 subdepartment. If he turns down the position^L2, then humans^L2 vote^L2 for who fills the three chairs^L2 of the level-2 fraud-court-1 subdepartment. If he changes his mind and decides he wants the position^L2, he has to wait until the next election^L2 to take it.

It has also come to my attention that level-2 Justice League members that join later have a higher level-2 base value meaning they gain^L2 faster than those who joined sooner.  Thus, at the beginning of every new day^L1 (using AB, Canada time MDT/MST), the level-2 power of SatGov members^L2 at ^F(3+X) or above (including the b value) becomes the new level-2 base value.  This should have been the case since Mar. 31, 2018 (but not including Mar. 31, 2018 so that the first time the new level-2 power becomes the base value is 12:00:00 am Apr. 1, 2018).
