Exemption from level-2 taxation is not exemption from level-1 taxation
Slave-makers lie about being exempt from level-2 taxation and pretend it means they are exempt from level-1 taxation as well.

The only people exempt from level-2 taxation are members L2 of SatGov at F(0+X) or higher. Slave-makers are not allowed to be part of SatGov.
When ISIS is composed of ancaps, how would sending Western militaries (controlled by ancaps, Hellenic-style slave-makers, and other slave-makers) to the Middle East help defeat ISIS?
The answer: Western militaries are purposefully aiming for Middle Eastern civilians and purposefully avoiding ISIS.6
The number of civilians killed by Western airstrikes versus the number of actual ISIS members killed by the same strikes makes it extremely clear that civilians are the true targets of the airstrikes.7
Both ISIS and the US are used to symbolize ancaps on level-2.
On shape-shifting: The Vanaras (and Vataras) have the ability to shape-shift on level-2. Mozart's ability to quickly replicate the musical styles of other composers is a good example.8

The level-2 final exam is no longer relevant after the level-2 sacred heart starts beating and the level-2 annihilator-2 is used. Even if it was, slave-makers pretending they passed the level-2 final exam is complete bullshit.3

On level-1, global direct democracy has highest authority. On level-1, I support progressive taxation on level-1 income that applies to all (as well as many other forms of level-1 taxation).5
