This isn't disturbing at all:

The amphibious monster from The Shape of Water (2017) bites off the head of a cat.

In The Shape of Water (2017), Giles does not mourn the loss of his dead cat and continues to allow the amphibious monster to be near his other cats.  The amphibious monster is portrayed as a god in the film.1

The amphibious monster's portrayal as a god in the film is a very clear salute to Nazism on the part of phoney-liberals. The film's open mistreatment of felines is both bad from an animal welfare standpoint and also communicates an open willingness to murder Christ consciousness (whether it be through level-2 violence or level-1 violence.2)

The film's creators were extremely upset they couldn't use a real cat for the filming of the scene.

I've explained in previous posts how the cat represents child-like Christ consciousness and Vataric consciousness.3,4 The scene with the amphibious monster biting off the head of a cat in The Shape of Water is as disturbing as the amphibious monster showing up during the Nativity and biting off the head of the baby Jesus.

The release of The Shape of Water was another record low on the part of slave-makers.

By the way:
A frog is an amphibian.
A shark is a fish.
A dolphin is a mammal.
