Form for level-2 power transfer

Anybody asserting the second level of communication isn't real should have no problem filling out this form that transfers all their power on level-2 to Wesley and me.
My older sister (Sigyn PT) said that level-2 isn't real and that I should see a psychiatrist. I've sent her a version of the above form to sign. I've also created one for Conan O'Brien to sign since he seems like the type of jackass who would assert level-2 isn't real when he is fully aware that it is.1,2
I'm also going to keep a blank copy in my laptop case along with a pen so that anybody asserting level-2 isn't real can fill out the form.
Slave-makers are the laziest people.
When they are caught lying on level-1, they will imply they don't have to take it seriously because they are winning on level-2.
When they begin losing on level-2, they use the level-2 stock market to mask the fact they are losing.
When they lose the level-2 stock market, they will pretend level-2 isn't real.
Thus, I created the above form for those who assert level-2 isn't real to fill out.
