The first world war on level-2 was started by ancaps who wanted to steal land, set up the sinister level-2 stock market, enforce inverse-civilization, etc. It coincided with land theft by ancaps, the displacement of many peoples, the spread of the Indo-European languages, and the Aryan invasion of the Indus.1,2
The Dorian invasion comprised the second world war on level-2.3
The third world war on level-2 was waged and won by civilized forces today.
"Hopi prophecy states that World War III will be started by the people who first received the Light -- China, Palestine, India and Africa. When the war comes, the United States will be destroyed by "gourds of ashes" which will fall to the ground, boiling the rivers and burning the earth,"4
This is the same event as:
-Surtr (and Glory) engulfing the world with flames at the end of Ragnarok (to burn away all that is unnecessary like Jörmungandr)
-the dragon of Revelations being thrown in the lake of burning sulfur (after Gog and Magog are defeated)
-the destruction of Shesha
-the sinister level-2 stock market becoming obsolete
The Independent is run by Horgan-types and other slave-makers.5 Scott Santens is a civilized FS-type. I think he is implying both sides recognize that the level-2 stock market is gone, ancaps have been defeated on level-2, and civilized FS-types are now independent of slave-makers.

I know @SemperLiberum is attending college in the Northeastern United States. I also remembering seeing headlines about a guy trying to run over his ex-girlfriend with a car a few days ago that matched up to some other stuff implying @SemperLiberum is a total psycho.
On Feb. 6, 2018, the same day Glory consciousness landed, Wesley said he's coming back to start where he left off. His coming back day would be today (Feb. 14, 2018).6
On the same day Wesley (Baldr/Balarama PT) finally comes back and Shesha gets burned away, a 19-year-old with an AR-15 goes on a rampage at Stoneman Douglas High School in the Southern US. Balarama PT used to be represented by Riverdale characters (though he's definitely a level-2 adult).7
@SemperLiberum (Loki PT) gets instant death on level-2 if he's not already dead.
