Wesley Durden and I cleared our final level-2 jumps (comprising safe landings) on Nov. 24, 2017.

Now that we are back on the level-2 "surface," and cleared our final hurdles on the surface, the situation is treated as if we cleared the hurdles on the level-2 "surface" on Nov. 24, 2017.¹ Thus, all the level-2 work we did and level-2 gains we made below the level-2 "surface" between Nov. 24, 2017 and Jan. 14, 2017 are treated as having been accomplished on the level-2 "surface."  

Everything is re-calibrated to as if we cleared the hurdles on the level-2 "surface" on Nov. 24, 2017 and to as if the parkade incident didn't happen.  Thus, all of our level-2 work and gains below the "surface" are treated as having been accomplished above the "surface."

For example, it's implied I killed @PrometheanShade on level-2 on Nov. 27, 2017. Now instead of it being treated like I killed him below the level-2 "surface," it's treated as if I killed him above the level-2 "surface."

(Update Jan. 30, 2018:  This would comprise both Wesley and myself landing safely on Nov. 24, 2017 as well, obviously.  This means slave-makers lose.  The slave-maker level-2 government comprising slave-maker penalties were never legitimate.  Thus, I can use social media from home without level-2 penalty, obviously.

The second level of communication is real.  Anybody asserting level-2 isn't real should have no problem losing all power on level-2.  Thus, if slave-makers claim level-2 isn't real, they lose all power on level-2 and lose, period.  Anybody who accepts that level-2 is real accepts that Wesley Durden and I cleared our final level-2 jumps (comprising landing) on Nov. 24, 2017.)
