The value of hard work in the right direction
People have the ability to work toward real civilization regardless of who controls Level 2, so why do so many people wait until civilized forces are completely in control of Level 2 before working in the right direction?
The reason is because when the slave-makers have control over Level 2, working toward real civilization is much slower. This gentleman who planted one tree every day since 1979 is a good analogy to what it's like to work toward real civilization even when inverse-civilization is in control:
"India Man Plants Forest Bigger Than Central Park to Save His Island"
It's a slow process. However, one gets to keep the reward from one's efforts, even during darker periods when mishaps occur on Level 2 like a "missed shot."
I only ask that people do this every other day (i.e. the days when I'm on strike for Level 2). When millions of people contribute to this "slow" process and when the reward from the work is maintained, things start to change in a positive direction.
As Level 2 "water levels" started going down after the Nov. 24, 2017 parkade incident, India and Latin America joined the second level of communication of the Euro-Middle East.1

@leisure3000 is a sophist Dorian-type while most Latin Americans are FS-types |
By the way, I'm sure none of this has anything to do with me and that Level 2 is all in my head:2
