This position can be filled by multiple people/personality channels at the same time.

Prerequisites:
-cannot be a slave-maker
-cannot be marked on level-2¹
-cannot be one of the sinister band/family personality-types²
-must be a civilized FS-type or Hebrew³

Necessary Skills:
-can fire a level-2 shotgun

Job description
-decline all level-2 slave-maker applications
-kill all slave-makers on level-2 (or do as much damage as possible: eg. wound, imprison on level-2, etc.)

Pretend the sign in the following clip says "Reception" rather than "Dispensary."  Additionally, though there are Latin American slave-makers, most Latin Americans are FS-types.
