Idea inspired by White supremacists

With White supremacists around the world being so obsessed with the European peninsula, this idea should really resonate with them:
1. Ship everybody of purely European descent back to European peninsula.
2.  Have those of European descent return all colonial possessions and pay proper financial reparations for centuries of slavery and imperialism to alleviate White guilt.¹
3.  Enact a land, air, and sea quarantine of the European peninsula and surrounding waters so nothing can get in or out.  People of purely European descent will be free to do whatever they want in the Euro-region, but just can't interact with the outside world.  They can set up whatever system of government they want and distribute their own land the way they want.  They are free to set the rules of travel within the Euro-region.  They just can't leave it.

I'd like to see the results.
