The Slender Man
The Slender Man mythos is likely a reference to anarcho-capitalists. One quickly notices that demons have characteristics representative of sinister qualities of Hellenic-style slave-makers (Dorian-types, Athenian-style slave-makers, and ancaps).
I remember there was a story of a haunting where the family reported seeing a demon doctor that always donned a huge smile (that extended from one eye to the other) and a demon whose legs were always in motion.
The smiling demon doctor reminds me of sophist health professionals who pretend to help people while being deeply committed to maintaining inverse-civilization. The demon whose legs were always in motion reminds me of the unremitting evil of slave-maker pathologies who are always working to maintain oppressive conditions for others. Slender Man wears a suit; demons are often portrayed wearing suits because of the intensity of phoney professionalism in inverse-civilized societies.
