Getting the state to do the dirty work

It's well known by now that Western militaries aim for civilians on purpose while professing to fight some oppressive group.  The US military went on a killing spree in Southeast Asia while pretending they were fighting inverse-communism between 1955-1975.  Unsurprisingly, the Aug. 29 drone strike of Kabul did not hit ISIS 一 just another of hundreds of thousands of incidents where Western militaries "aiming for ISIS" just happen to only slaughter civilians.
