This Schneiderman fellow seems like he might be an evil imitation of somebody...
Stalin's sinister policies caused the death of millions upon millions of level-2 humans. He did this to perpetuate inverse-civilization.
Rama PT (e.g. Geoff Stirling Jr.) is part of the SatGov level-2 Justice League at F(10+X).
The animated series Gargoyles (1994) likely crafted the characters of Titania, Oberon, Puck, and Goliath in the series after Glory PT, Rama PT, the Vanara PT, and Colossus PT. The show wrongly depicts them as fighting with each other rather than working together to defeat forces of evil.
The character of Bottom from A Midsummer Night's Dream is likely based on Heimdallr/-beetle PT. This doesn't mean Shakespeare is a level-2 human. The majority of Shakespeare's work is plagiarized via level-1 and level-2 theft. Dorianization of other people's work still requires compensation.1 A group of level-2 bottom-feeders may have worked together to create the works of Shakespeare. (There is a memory of this on level-2).

He did not wear glasses. He did not have a beard or moustache. He only sat for a while at the black metal tables.
